Prior to the park are two buildings that lack in capturing the threshold of the street due to their flush facade that borders alle ambroise.

However the two buildings highlighted vary their geometry in an extrusion and intrusion language. This variety creates a sense of engulfment that consumes the pedestrians inside the narrow threshold.

The following diagrams study the relationship of thresholds at large scales.

Alle Ambroise Street is located in a recently developed context. The diagram below interprets the street interaction with its immediate context. The views vary between directly surrounded by buildings to a large park and back to residential border.

However the difference between the residences separated by the park are highlighted in the design of the structure.
